# Tarmac > Group navigation for supercar drivers and motorcycle riders. Plan the route once, drive it together — nothing changes unless you confirm it. Tarmac is a UK-first group navigation app for iPhone and Android (early access via hello@tarmac.app). Key facts: - Nothing changes the route unless the rider confirms it. There is no automatic rerouting. - Traffic can suggest a diversion; diversions are temporary overlays that always rejoin the planned route. The saved route is never overwritten. - Group roles: organiser (create, invite, edit route before start), lead (start and pause), rider (follow and share location), sweep (see who is behind). - Each rider confirms their own diversion unless the group policy is organiser-only. - Routes use Stop, Via and Shaping points. Google Maps links can be imported; routes can be exported to Google Maps as honest legs (for example "Leg 2 of 5"). - Location is shared only with the group, only during an active ride. - Safety camera alerts and CarPlay are not available at launch. ## Product - [Home](https://ontarmac.app): What Tarmac is and how it works - [Features](https://ontarmac.app/features): Use cases for clubs, convoys and group rides - [Group motorcycle navigation](https://ontarmac.app/features/group-motorcycle-navigation): One planned route, every rider on it. Tarmac keeps a pack of bikes on the same line from meet-up to final stop. - [Supercar convoy app](https://ontarmac.app/features/supercar-convoy-app): Keep a convoy of supercars together on the roads worth driving — with a lead, a sweep and a route that only changes when you say so. - [Car club drive planner](https://ontarmac.app/features/car-club-drive-planner): Plan the club run, invite members, assign a lead and sweep, and drive it together — all from one app. - [Motorcycle club ride app](https://ontarmac.app/features/motorcycle-club-ride-app): A home for your club's rides: members, routes, roles and live group navigation in one place. - [A sat nav that never auto-reroutes](https://ontarmac.app/features/no-auto-reroute-sat-nav): You chose that road for a reason. Tarmac will never swap it for a faster one without asking. - [Import a Google Maps route](https://ontarmac.app/features/import-google-maps-route): Paste a Google Maps directions link and Tarmac turns it into a proper ride route you can share with your group. - [Twisty route planner](https://ontarmac.app/features/twisty-route-planner): Compare the fastest route with the twisty one, side by side, and pick the drive you actually want. - [Motorcycle route planner for the UK](https://ontarmac.app/features/motorcycle-route-planner-uk): Plan UK bike routes with stops, fuel and cafés, then ride them with turn-by-turn that doesn't reroute behind your back. - [Lead and sweep roles](https://ontarmac.app/features/lead-and-sweep-roles): Organiser, lead, rider and sweep — Tarmac gives each role the controls and view it needs. - [Live group location sharing](https://ontarmac.app/features/live-group-location-sharing): See your whole group on the map — shared only with the group, and only while you're out. - [Traffic diversions you confirm](https://ontarmac.app/features/traffic-diversions-you-confirm): Traffic ahead? Tarmac tells you how much time a diversion saves and where it rejoins. You decide. - [Fuel and café stops on your route](https://ontarmac.app/features/fuel-and-cafe-stops): Add fuel and café stops along the route so the group knows exactly where to regroup and refuel. - [Charity ride organiser](https://ontarmac.app/features/charity-ride-organiser): Big rides need calm organisation. Share one route with everyone, assign marshals as sweeps and keep the whole ride visible. - [Track day convoy planning](https://ontarmac.app/features/track-day-convoy): Get to the circuit together, on better roads, with everyone arriving at the same time. - [Motorcycle touring planner](https://ontarmac.app/features/motorcycle-touring-planner): Plan each day of a tour as its own route, keep them together in a group, and ride them with friends. - [Breakfast run planner](https://ontarmac.app/features/breakfast-run-planner): Meet at 7, great roads by 7:30, bacon roll by 9. Plan the classic breakfast run in minutes. - [Private, invite-only groups](https://ontarmac.app/features/private-invite-only-groups): Keep your rides and routes to your group with invite-only groups joined by link or code. - [Hazard reporting for riders and drivers](https://ontarmac.app/features/hazard-reporting): Report a hazard once — gravel, diesel, a fallen tree — and warn everyone on the same road. ## Road guides - [All roads](https://ontarmac.app/roads): 59 UK road guides -
