Skye is reached by bridge and has roads that loop around sea cliffs, pinnacles and the Cuillin. The Trotternish loop is the classic, with the Quiraing and the Old Man of Storr along the way.
Mainly single-track and narrow two-lane roads with passing places, heavy summer tourist traffic and plenty of sheep.
