Email [email protected] with anything about the app or your account. Tell us the email address on your account and what you were doing when the problem happened. We aim to reply within two working days.

Report someone or something
- A message: press and hold it in the chat, then choose a reason.
- A photo or video: open the drive photos and tap the menu on it.
- A person: tap the menu next to their name in the drive or crew.
We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks our terms and remove people who post it.
Block someone
Use the same menus to block someone. You won't see each other's messages or photos, and they can't find you or invite you. To undo it, go to Profile, then Blocked drivers.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Profile, then Delete account. Your profile, routes, messages, photos and drive history are deleted straight away. Crews and drives you run pass to another member so the rest of the group keeps them.
